United Nations Capital Development commission

The UNCDF have commissioned Martin to provide consultancy and research advice to countries in the Asia and Pacific Region on social protection systems. The work begins in the summer of 2011 and is expected to take Martin to Nepal to assist in the design and implementation of their social pension system.
